Platelet Transfusion is Underway

This morning, mom started basically "sweating blood"--pinpoints of blood appeared in the pores on her legs. That's truly a sign that it's time to get more platelets. When her doctor called her back, he sent her straight to the hospital. Thankfully, I'd briefed Phil...and he was able to take her and stay with her.
