Dueling cooks, dueling burners. I had so much meat and seafood that it was very apparent from the get-go that this was going to be a 2-pan operation. Note how I have not moved Mocha's water bowl from under me. I don't know why.
I am a lover of amazing food (and an admirer of food that's just good, too). I am currently studying wine at SSCC, and hope to open a wine bar in the near future.
I'm also a pretty decent cook, when I have the time.
