So we did it--voila! A paella is born. I was so happy: it tasted as good as it looked. The five of us actually consumed that entire pan at dinner, and there was enough leftovers from pan #2 for everyone.
I am a lover of amazing food (and an admirer of food that's just good, too). I am currently studying wine at SSCC, and hope to open a wine bar in the near future.
I'm also a pretty decent cook, when I have the time.
